My journey in healthcare started as a hands-on caregiver, where I had the opportunity to work closely with patients and families and provide support with their everyday needs. Being a caregiver myself taught me that quality care is about much more than completing tasks. It is about compassion, patience, dignity, respect, safety, and truly getting to know the person you are caring for.
Today, I proudly own and serve as the Administrator of my own senior home healthcare business. I bring my personal experience as a caregiver into my leadership every day, giving me a unique understanding of both the client’s needs and the responsibilities caregivers carry.
As a Senior Care Advocate, I believe every senior and individual with a disability deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, patience, and respect. I am passionate about being a voice for those who may need additional support and making sure their needs, concerns, and wishes are heard.
I work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to help ensure that care is personalized, dependable, compassionate, and centered around each individual. I understand how difficult it can be for families to trust someone else with the care of their loved ones, and I take that responsibility seriously.
My goal is to create a standard of care where people feel safe, valued, respected, and supported—not simply cared for.
For me, senior care is personal. I became a caregiver before becoming a business owner, and that experience continues to shape the way I lead, advocate, and serve today.
My mission is simple: to advocate for seniors and individuals with disabilities, support families, empower caregivers, and provide compassionate care with dignity, heart, and purpose.

Marlene is our Office Assistant and Caregiver Coordinator, playing an essential role in keeping CareMax Home Care running smoothly and ensuring that our clients and caregivers receive the highest level of support. She helps oversee the daily operations of the office while coordinating care services between families and our caregiver team.
Marlene is dedicated to making sure every caregiver is properly screened, background checked, certified, qualified, and appropriately matched to the needs of each client. She carefully considers each caregiver’s experience, skills, and suitability to ensure families receive dependable and compassionate care.
